Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are dispatched on the next business day.

Australia
- Standard shipping: $5.95 on orders under $80.00
- Free standard shipping: on every order of $80.00 and over
- Express shipping: $15.95
New Zealand
- Standard shipping: $14.95
- Free standard shipping: on every order of $120.00 and over
All prices are in Australian dollars.
Carrier and delivery times
We ship with Australia Post. Once your parcel leaves us, delivery time is set by Australia Post and varies by destination. Current delivery estimates for Standard, Express and International services are published on the Australia Post website.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched. Where a tracking number is available, it is included in that email.
Where we ship
We ship within Australia and to New Zealand.
New Zealand orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges set by New Zealand authorities. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel.
Delivery addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Once a parcel has been lodged with Australia Post we are not able to redirect it. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Delayed or missing parcels
Once a parcel is with Australia Post, delivery is outside our control. If your order is delayed or has not arrived, please contact us at hello@lovieaofficial.com and we will help you trace it.
